Summary
Relieves a named individual of liability for repayment to the United States of an unspecified sum representing salary overpayments to such individual which occurred while he was an employee of the Department of Agriculture. Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay to such individual any amount paid by him or withheld from accounts otherwise due to him with respect to such indebtedness to the United States.
