Summary
Amends the Ethics in Government Act of 1978 (the Act) to require a Member, officer, or employee of the Congress, to include in required reports the following information regarding travel by that individual or a member of that individual's immediate family: (1) a list of travel financed by any person with any interest in legislation before the Congress; (2) the name and address of each person with an interest in such legislation and the travel that person financed; (3) an itemization of expenses incurred or reimbursed respecting that travel, including copies of all vouchers and receipts; and (4) the reason for that travel, including any specific legislation or policy concerns. Amends the Federal Regulation of Lobbying Act to require a lobbyist to include in each report required to be filed under such Act: (1) a list of all travel by any individual who is a Member, officer, or employee of the Congress required to file a report under the Ethics in Government Act of 1978 or by a member of that individual's immediate family, that was financed by that lobbyist during the preceding calendar quarter; (2) an itemization of expenses respecting that travel that were paid by that lobbyist; and (3) the reason for that travel, including any specific legislation or policy concerns.
