Summary
Provides for the issuance of burial flags for deceased members or former members of the Selected Reserve who: (1) completed at least one enlistment or period of initial obligated service; (2) were discharged before such completion for a disability incurred or aggravated in the line of duty; or (3) died while a member of such Reserve. Prohibits a flag from being furnished for any person whose last discharge was under less than honorable conditions.
