To amend title 38, United States Code, to provide for the furnishing by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs of burial flags for deceased members and former members of the Selected Reserve.

Summary

Provides for the issuance of burial flags for deceased members or former members of the Selected Reserve who: (1) completed at least one enlistment or period of initial obligated service; (2) were discharged before such completion for a disability incurred or aggravated in the line of duty; or (3) died while a member of such Reserve. Prohibits a flag from being furnished for any person whose last discharge was under less than honorable conditions.
