Summary
Amends the Gun Control Act of 1968 to extend the current prohibition against importation of firearms to include the importation of any part of a firearm. Prohibits any licensed importer, manufacturer, dealer, or collector from selling or delivering any firearm which is not suitable for sporting purposes. Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to make rules establishing the characteristics of firearms not suitable for lawful sporting purposes.
