Summary
Removes the present limitation upon the granting of compensation for irregular or overtime work to specified technicians in the National Guard (presently granted compensatory time off for such work). Provides that such technicians in the National Guard shall be compensated for overtime in the same manner as other employees of the Department of the Army or the Department of the Air Force in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Amendments of 1974. (Amends 32 U.S.C. 709(g)(2)).
