Summary

Permits the President to regulate or prohibit the following transactions incident to travel to and from a country for which passports are designated as restricted for travel: (1) any transactions ordinarily incident to travel to and from a country, including the importation into that country or the United States of accompanied baggage for personal use only; (2) any transactions ordinarily incident to travel and maintenance within that country, including the payment of living expenses and the acquisition of goods for personal consumptions; and (3) normal banking transactions involving foreign currency drafts, traveler's checks, or other instruments negotiated incident to travel to and from that country.
