Summary

Amends the Omnibus Parks and Public Lands Management Act of 1996 to: (1) delay until September 30, 2015 (currently, September 30, 2005), the prohibition against the use by commercial vehicles of Highway 209 within Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area; (2) increase from $25 to $40 the maximum authorized per-trip commercial vehicle use fee; and (3) direct the Secretary of the Interior to ensure that any proposal adopted by the National Park Service to maintain or reconstruct River Road within the Area provides for that road to be open to two-way traffic.
