Amends Federal law relating to fire protection to permit a U.S. agency with fire protection duties to enter into reciprocal fire protection agreements with any fire organization (including foreign organizations) for mutual aid in fire protection. (Current law permits an agency to form a reciprocal agreement only with an organization within the vicinity of the property protected by the agency).
