Summary
Directs the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to reimburse the Upper Occoquan Sewage Authority for 50 percent of its costs in constructing the advanced waste water treatment plant in the Occoquan Reservoir watershed area of Fairfax County, Virginia. Limits the amount of such Federal assistance to a specified sum. Requires that the Administrator first receive reasonable assurances that the Authority will use such Federal assistance to reduce the sewer rates charged to customers in Fairfax and Prince William Counties, Virginia, and in Manassas and Manassas Park, Virginia.
