Summary
Directs the President to designate a Federal agency as the custodian of Pershing Hall, Paris, France. Permits such Federal agency to enter into an agreement with the Reserve Officers Association and the Veterans of Foreign Wars to maintain Pershing Hall as a memorial. Allows the Reserve Officers Association and the Veterans of Foreign Wars to contract with a nonprofit foundation to operate and maintain Pershing Hall.
