A bill to amend section 3101 of title 38, United States Code, to provide that the proceeds of any policy of U.S. Government Life Insurance, National Service Life Insurance, Servicemen's Group Life Insurance, or Veterans' Group Life Insurance shall not be included in the computation of the gross value of the insured's estate for Federal estate tax or State inheritance tax purposes.
