Summary
Superfund Liability Exemption for Local Education Agencies Act - Amends the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 to absolve any local educational agency from liability for costs or damages under the Act, by reason of solid municipal waste generation or transportation, if the amount and toxicity of the substances in such waste do not exceed that which a reasonable person would expect to find in such waste generated by the agency.
