Summary
Provides that, under the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, the Federal Government shall pay 75 percent of the cost of construction of any publicly owned water treatment works begun on or after July 1, 1972, which meets the requirements of such Act as determined by the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency.
