Summary

Fraudulent Online Identity Sanctions Act - Amends the Trademark Act of 1946 and Federal copyright law to provide that a trademark or copyright infringement violation shall be considered to be willful if the violator knowingly provided material and misleading false contact information in making, maintaining, or renewing registration of a domain name used in connection with an online location. Amends the Federal criminal code to require the maximum imprisonment otherwise provided for a felony offense to be increased by seven years if the defendant, in furtherance of that offense, knowingly provided material and misleading false contact information in connection with a domain name registration.
