A bill to prohibit the transport in any vehicle of any funds, securities, or other things of value, which are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation, or the National Credit Union Administration, unless the windows and body of such vehicle are bulletproof and there is a bulletproof partition behind the driver's seat of such vehicle.
