Summary
Authorizes the President to present, on behalf of the Congress, to the family of the late James Cagney, a gold medal in recognition of his patriotism and contribution to American culture. Authorizes the Secretary of the Treasury to strike and sell duplicate medals, and to transfer from the Numismatic Public Enterprise Fund to the Library of Congress any profits from the sales of such medals.
