Summary

Deauthorizes the following navigation and/or flood control projects: (1) Illinois Waterway, Illinois and Indiana, navigation project; (2) Big Blue River, Wabash River Basin, Indiana, flood control project; (3) Norfolk Harbor and Thimble Shoal Channel, Virginia, (4) Cascadia Dam and Reservoir, Oregon; (5) South Plymouth and Genegantslet Reservoirs, New York, flood control projects; (6) West Oneonta Lake, Davenport Center Lake, and Copes Corner Lake, New York; (7) Chester River, Pennsylvania, improvements; (8) Connecticut River, Connecticut; (9) Sixes Bridge Dam and Lake, Maryland; (10) Salt Creek Lake, Ohio; (11) Lincoln Dam and Reservoir, Illinois; (12) Helm Lake, Illinois; (13) Coney Island Creek, New York; (14) Lafayette Lake Dam and Reservoir, Indiana; and (15) Elk Creek Lake, Oregon. Prohibits the authorization of Federal funds for planning or implementation of the Northfield Mountain or Miller's River Basin water supply projects, Massachusetts.
