Summary

Includes as creditable service for purposes of civil service retirement any service performed between 1966 and 1976, as an employee paid from nonappropriated funds of the military if such service involved conducting an arts and crafts, drama, music, library, service club, youth activities, sports, or recreation program for Air Force personnel and if: (1) the individual who performed such service applies to the Office of Personnel Management within two years after the enactment of this Act; and (2) the appropriate deposit is made to the Civil Service Retirement and Disability Fund. Prohibits service made creditable by this Act from being used to determine whether such an individual has performed the minimum period of service required to be eligible for an annuity.
