Summary

Federal Agency Control and Review Act - Requires the Office of Management and Budget to study the structure, efficiency, and effectiveness of each Executive agency every ten years and to report to the President and Congress any recommendations for the reorganization or abolition of any agency. Abolishes each agency upon the due date of such report unless, during the ten-year period since the last report, legislation to continue such agency has been enacted.
