Summary

Postage Free Absentee Voting Act - Permits an official or agency of a State or political subdivision having authority to administer the election laws of the State or political subdivision to mail free of postage to an absentee voter of the State or political subdivision an application for an absentee ballot requested by the absentee voter, an absentee ballot, instructions explaining such application or ballot to the official or agency. Allows the absentee voter to make a return mailing of his application or absentee ballot free of postage if such mailing is made in the return envelope or other cover provided by such official or agency. (Adds 39 U.S.C. 3406)
