Niagara Gorge Wild and Scenic River Study Act -Amends the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to: (1) designate the Niagara River Gorge, New York, for potential addition to the Wild and Scenic Rivers System; and (2) require that the study of the Niagara Gorge (as required by such Act) include a discussion of management alternatives for the Gorge if it were to be included in the System.
