Summary

Authorizes loans under the Small Business Act to small businesses for expenditures incurred as a result of complying with the Consumer Product Safety Act, the Flammable Fabrics Act, the Federal Hazardous Substances Act, and the Poison Prevention Packaging Act of 1970. Authorizes to be appropriated $75,000,000 for fiscal year 1974, $100,000,000 for fiscal year 1975, and $125,000,000 for fiscal year 1976, for purposes of this Act. (adds 15U.S.C. 636 (b) (8)
