Summary

Authorizes the Secretary of Transportation to carry out a demonstration project in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, for the purpose of eliminating highway railroad grade crossing accidents. Authorizes appropriations of up to $25,000,000 to pay the Federal share of such project. States that two-thirds of all funds expended under authority of this Act in any fiscal year shall be appropriated out the Highway Trust Fund.
