Summary
Amends the Tariff Schedules of the United States to grant permanent duty-free treatment for mixtures of mashed or macerated hot red peppers and salt. Repeals a specified provision of the Schedules granting temporary duty-free treatment for such articles. Authorizes a refund of duties paid on such articles prior to the effective date of this Act.
