Summary
Amends the Small Business Act to state that a small business shall not be considered ineligible for financial assistance under such Act solely on the basis of being engaged in media-related industries. Directs the Administrator of the Small Business Administration to: (1) issue regulations repealing a provision of the Code of Federal Regulations which prohibits assistance to such small businesses; and (2) take any other appropriate action in such regard.
