Summary
Amends the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act to direct the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency, whenever data in support of a pesticide registration are requested by State or Federal agencies, to coordinate and synchronize such data requests to avoid unnecessary repetition and redundancy. Requires the Administrator to implement procedures for such coordination and synchronization to provide for identical and concurrent data requirements by all agencies.
