Summary
Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire, by donation only, certain land known as Knob Creek Farm in Larue County, Kentucky. Modifies the boundary of the Abraham Lincoln Birthplace National Historic Site to include such land. Requires the Secretary to study and report to the Congress on the Farm in order to: (1) identify significant resources associated with the Farm and the early boyhood of Abraham Lincoln; (2) evaluate the threats to the long-term protection of the Farm's cultural, recreational, and natural resources; and (3) examine the incorporation of the Farm into the operations of the Abraham Lincoln Birthplace National Historic Site and establish a strategic management plan for implementing such incorporation. Authorizes appropriations.
