Summary

Reauthorizes appropriations under: (1) the Victims of Child Abuse Act of 1990 for the court-appointed special advocate program, and for child abuse training programs for judicial personnel and practitioners; and (2) the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 for grants for closed-circuit televising of testimony of children who are victims of abuse. Amends the Violence Against Women Act of 1994 to direct the Attorney General to annually compile and broadly disseminate information about the use of funds and projects under such Act regarding victims of child abuse programs, targeting community-based programs.
