Summary
Amends the Contract Disputes Act of 1978 to require the Secretary of the Treasury to specify and publish in the Federal Register the rate of interest to be paid during the six month period beginning on July 1, 1979, and during each six month period thereafter on amounts found due contractors on claims against the Government.
