Summary
Amends the Omnibus Trade and Competitiveness Act of 1988 to provide for the administative review of countervailing duty or antidumping duty determinations with respect to merchandise which is the product of any country that is a party to a free trade area agreement with the United States which entered into force and effect before January 1, 1987, and such merchandise was the subject of a countervailing duty or antidumping duty investigation initiated on or after enactment of the United States-Israel Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act.
