Summary

Subsidy Termination for Overdue Payments Act of 2000 - Prohibits a Federal agency or instrumentality from providing financial assistance unless the applicant provides a certification attesting that the applicant: (1) is not 60 days delinquent in adjudicated child support payments; or (2) if so delinquent, is in compliance with an agreed upon child support payment plan. Exempts from such proscription financial assistance subject to garnishment for failure to pay child support, and certain good cause circumstances.
