Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay, out of money not otherwise appropriated, a specified sum to a named corporation in full satisfaction of all claims against the United States resulting from security guard services rendered to the U.S. Army Reserve Personnel Center in St. Louis, Missouri. Extinguishes any liability of such corporation to the United States for a specified repayment for such services.
