Summary
Suspends all funds for the support of and the functions carried out by nonessential personnel assigned to any embassy list in category 1 on the threat list maintained by the Threat Analysis Group of the Diplomatic Security Service of the State Department if the President has not submitted by June 1, 1986, a request to the Congress for improving diplomatic security. Requires the suspension to remain in effect until the President submits such request.
