Summary
National Electromagnetic Fields Research and Public Information Dissemination Act - Establishes the Electromagnetic Fields Interagency Committee, designating the Department of Energy, through the Office of Health, as the Committee's lead agency. Establishes the National Electromagnetic Fields Advisory Committee. Establishes a program to conduct research on the possible human health effects of electromagnetic fields.
