Summary

Commission on the Wartime Occupation of Guam Act - Establishes the Commission to review the Wartime Occupation of Guam, which shall: (1) review the facts and circumstances surrounding the claims of Guamanians for losses resulting from the Japanese occupation of Guam during World War II; and (2) recommend appropriate remedies. Directs the Commission to report its findings and recommendations to Congress within 18 months of its first meeting. Authorizes appropriations.
