Summary
Student Antibusing Act - Removes the authority of any United States court to make any decision, enter any judgment, or issue any order whose effect would be to require pupils to be transported to or from school on the basis of their race, color, religion or national origin. Forbids any Federal department, agency, officer, or employee empowered to extend financial assistance to any program of activity to withhold or threaten to withhold such funds in order to induce implementing or continuing a plan or program whose effect would be to require pupils to be transported to or from school on the basis of their race, color, religion or national origin. Provides for expedited judicial review of challenges to this Act.
