Summary
Amends the Internal Revenue Code and title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to provide coverage under the Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance program for Members of Congress and the Vice President. Treats as a quarter of coverage each calendar quarter in which an individual performed service as the Vice President or as a Member of Congress before the enactment of this Act and each calendar quarter in which such individual performs such service on or after such date.
