Summary
Amends the Reclamation Wastewater and Groundwater Studies and Facilities Act to authorize the Secretary of the Interior, in cooperation with the Alameda County Water District, California, to participate in the design, planning, and construction of the Alameda County Brackish Water Desalination Project to reclaim and reuse wastewater and degraded groundwaters within and outside of the service area of the Alameda County Water District in California. Limits the Federal share of the cost of such project to 25 percent.
