Summary

Amends the Commodity Exchange Act to require certain exporters of wheat, corn, or soybeans to report specified export sales information (commodity identity and quantity, sales date and destination) to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Requires the Commission to: (1) make such information available to the public; and (2) implement this Act within 90 days. Directs the Commission to revoke the registration (for at least 12 months) of any broker violating these provisions.
