Summary

Organized Retail Crime Prevention and Enforcement Act of 2009 - Amends the federal criminal code to prohibit the transportation of fraudulently obtained goods valued at $1,000 or more for sale on an online marketplace and the barter or sale of such goods online with knowledge that such goods have been stolen, converted, or taken by fraud. Directs the Attorney General to establish multi-jurisdictional task forces to investigate organized retail theft and to dismantle organized retail theft criminal enterprises in the United States.
