Summary
Prohibits unfavorable personnel actions or other types of discrimination against employees who report violations of Federal laws and regulations, or who refuse to commit such violations, or who assist in complying with such laws and regulations. Provides for the filing of employee complaints with the Secretary of Labor and for the Secretary's investigation of violations of this Act.
