Summary
Directs the Secretary of Commerce to authorize the city of Hazleton, Pennsylvania, at the city's request, to use the proceeds from the sale of the Hazleton Municipal Complex Building (known as the Duplan Building) for economic development projects in such city without affecting the Federal assistance provided to such city with respect to such building under the Public Works and Economic Development Act of 1965. Directs the Secretary to make a grant to the city, upon its request, for improvements to the Humboldt Reservoir.
