Transparency For Wounded Warriors Act This bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to provide a member of the uniformed services whose claim for traumatic injury under Servicemembers' Group Life Insurance is denied, at the time of such denial, a legal analysis of the denial and the information the VA relied on in making such decision.
