Summary
Amends the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 (FLSA) to repeal the exemption from FLSA overtime pay (or maximum hour) requirements for employees of motor carriers. (Current law exempts from such FLSA requirements any employee with respect to whom the Secretary of Transportation has power to establish qualifications and maximum hours of service under specified provisions of the Motor Carrier Act, 1935.)
