Summary

Directs the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President pro tempore of the Senate to award a single Congressional gold medal in honor of the steward and messman branches of the Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard that served during World War II in recognition of their personal sacrifice and service to their country. Requires, after presentation, that the medal be given to the Smithsonian Institution. Authorizes the Secretary of the Treasury strike and sell duplicates in bronze of the gold medal, depositing receipts in the United States Mint Public Enterprise Fund.
