Summary

Amends the Cape Cod National Seashore Act to waive provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act that require the Cape Cod National Seashore Advisory Commission to file a charter upon its renewal. Permits any member of the Commission to serve after the expiration of his or her term until a successor is appointed.
