Summary

Provides that compensation shall be paid to veterans who were held as prisoners of war for ninety days or more for chronic disease becoming manifest to a degree of 10 percent or more within ten years from date of separation. Authorizes compensation for chronic bronchitis or chronic bronchial asthma developing a 10 percent degree of disability or more within ten years service in the case of a veteran held as a prisoner of war for ninety days or more.
