Summary
Authorizes making farm commodities available for African famine relief during 1985 under the famine relief provisions of the Agricultural Trade Development and Assistance Act of 1954 (Public Law 480) without regard to the dollar limitation contained in such Act. Authorizes appropriations for FY 1985 to provide other humanitarian assistance in Africa under the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961.
