Summary
Amends the Investment Company Act of 1940 to set an annual deadline by which the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System must consult with one another (and with any other appropriate agencies) to review the regulations prescribed under this Act, the Securities Act of 1933, and the Truth in Savings Act, in order assure that they enable consumers to compare savings and investments options effectively.
