Summary
Directs the Secretary of the military department concerned to approve an application by a State to use or imitate the seal or other insignia of such military department or of the armed forces on motor vehicle license plates issued by the State to an individual who is a member or former member of the armed forces. Authorizes such Secretary to prescribe any regulations necessary regarding the display of such seals or insignias on license plates.
